Construction Engineering and Management

The Construction Engineering and Management (CEM) Program is a non-thesis Master of Science (MSc) program offered under the ABET-accredited Department of Civil Engineering at Boğaziçi University*. It grants a valid and officially recognized MS degree, not an online certificate. In Turkey, civil engineers who complete this program are officially recognized as “Senior Civil Engineers”.The CEM program admits new students in both the Fall and Spring semesters, offering flexibility for professionals seeking to advance their education while continuing their careers.
